Yes, we collect a $99 consultation fee for all new patients seeking aesthetic services. This fee is due at the time of scheduling the appointment. While the fee is nonrefundable, it will be credited toward your treatment if you decide to move forward. If you choose to forego treatment, the $99 will remain as a credit on your account for 90, which can be used for future services. After 90 days, the credit will no longer be available to use and if a new consultation is desired, another $99 fee will be collected.

Yes, wellness consultations have a consultation fee ranging from $99 to $199, depending on the service. This fee is nonrefundable and does not go toward any treatments. It covers the time and expertise of our provider to review your labs and provide personalized guidance.

• Wellness follow-ups are $75.
• Aesthetic follow-ups are free of charge but are still subject to our no-show and late cancellation policies.

To ensure our schedule runs smoothly, we have a no-show fee:

• $50 fee for appointments 30 minutes or longer
• $25 fee for appointments 29 minutes or less

This fee applies if you miss an appointment without giving prior notice. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

All promotional offers purchased for events or sales must be redeemed within 12 months from the purchase date. If not used before then, the amount you paid will be applied toward the regular purchase price of the service or product.

Yes, it’s important to be well-hydrated before any blood draw appointment. Proper hydration helps make the process smoother and increases the likelihood of a successful draw. If a provider is unable to successfully draw blood after three attempts, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a $50 draw fee will be applied.
